Ventura Chef Services specializes in creating memorable culinary experiences for private dinners and events, catering to groups of four to over one hundred guests.

Whether planning an intimate dinner with family and friends, celebrating a birthday or anniversary, hosting a cocktail party, wedding, bachelor or bachelorette party, or organizing a reunion, Ventura Chef Services offers a menu tailored to your unique occasion.
To book your event, simply fill out a reservation form. Once availability is confirmed, a deposit will be required to secure your date.

The a la carte menu is perfect for clients interested in designing their 3-, 4-, or 5-course dinner with chef-created dishes. It includes soups, salads, small plates, entrees, and desserts. Vegan and vegetarian options are available.
Interested in experiencing a chef-designed menu of dishes representing regional Mexican cuisine or a special theme? The 5-course prix fixe menus will take you on a journey of the chef's creativity and travel inspirations.
Impress your cocktail party guests with mouth-watering appetizers. This menu is perfect for less formal events where a server-passed or a buffet best complements your guests' mingling. Hot, cold, and dessert appetizers are available.

A transportation fee for dinners/events outside Puerto Vallarta city limits is required. The cost will vary depending on the distance.

All clients will receive deposit and final balance invoices. Payments can be made via credit card, cash (pesos or USD), or, upon request, Mexican bank transfer. Events with 30 or more people may have a different deposit schedule or cancellation policy.
